I instruct in Freestyle Karate & Kickboxing. Over the years I have achieved the European Full Contact Champion Title & 4 World Titles in Light Continuous.

I am a Dan grading officer, competition referee and have also trained in Kick-Jutsu over the last 10 Years of my 18 Years in Martial Arts.
